Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop of Helix IT, Reumtengrüner Str. 32b, 08209 Auerbach im Vogtland ("Provider").

§ 2 Subject matter

The contract concerns the provision of software and digital content for download and the supply of license keys.

§ 3 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products is an invitation to order. By clicking "Order with obligation to pay" you submit a binding offer; the contract is concluded upon the Provider's acceptance (order confirmation / provision).

§ 4 Prices and payment

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. No shipping costs apply (digital goods). Payment by bank transfer or PayPal.

§ 5 Delivery of digital content

Download and/or license key are provided after full receipt of payment, in the customer account and by e-mail. Download links may be limited in time and number.

§ 6 License

The customer receives a simple, non-exclusive right of use according to the respective license terms. Passing license keys to third parties is not permitted without consent.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as described in our withdrawal policy. For digital content the right expires early if the customer expressly consents to immediate execution and acknowledges the loss of the withdrawal right (§ 356(5) German Civil Code).

§ 8 Warranty & § 9 Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. Liability is unlimited for intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence limited to breach of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damage.

§ 10 Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
