3. Hosting & server logs

When you access our website, the hosting provider automatically collects server log files (IP address, date/time, page requested, browser, OS). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation).

We use technically necessary cookies (session, cart, language, CSRF protection) required for operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / § 25(2) TDDDG). Optional cookies are only set with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. Customer account & order processing

To process orders and provide a customer account we process the data you provide (name, address, e-mail, optionally company and VAT ID, order and invoice data) on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Invoice data is retained for up to 10 years due to commercial and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

6. Payment providers

For PayPal payments, the data required for processing is transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For bank transfer / prepayment we process the payment reconciliation based on your order/reference details.

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
