Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For contracts on the supply of digital content not on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance after you have expressly agreed to begin before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB).
